Add a blocking geometry to prevent light (the geometry color is absolute black). In the position have the window, make hole to get light go through.
Remember to freeze that box to make it disappear in the final result.

<aside> 📄 Viz4D does not export frozen and hidden objects. The frozen object will not appear in the result but still affects lighting when baking lightmaps.
